Here is the bird’s eye lowdown on my new Texas Music program on KDRP.
It’s “Texas Radio Live From Guero’s Taco Bar,” 1412 South Congress Avenue from 6 till 8 PM every Wednesday starting December 7.
My co-host and sidekick will be David Arnsberger. Our first program will include a tribute to Austin Radio Pioneer Joe Gracey with Gracey’s longtime friend and partner Bobby Earl Smith as our guest. Our first music guest will be Barbara Kooyman. We’ll examine her days with Timbuk3 and her solo work and Barbara will play live for us.
